Intermediate Grammar: মধ্যম স্তরের ব্যাকরণ

Beginner পর্যায় শেষ করে এখন মধ্যম স্তরের চারটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়।

১. Conditionals (শর্ত): If বাক্য।

• Zero: সত্য (If you heat ice, it melts)
• First: সম্ভাব্য ভবিষ্যৎ (If it rains, I will stay)
• Second: অবাস্তব বর্তমান (If I were rich, I would travel)
• Third: অতীতের অপূর্ণ ইচ্ছা (If I had studied, I would have passed)

২. Passive Voice: কাজটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ, কর্তা নয়। কাঠামো: Object + be + V3।

৩. Reported Speech: অন্যের কথা পরোক্ষে বলা। Tense এক ধাপ পিছিয়ে যায়।

৪. Relative Clause: who (ব্যক্তি), which (বস্তু), that (উভয়) দিয়ে Noun কে বর্ণনা।

English Structure

First conditional:  If + present, S + will + V1
Second conditional: If + past, S + would + V1
Passive:            Object + be + V3 (+ by agent)
Reported:           He said that he was tired.

3. The letter was written by Rahim.
4. She said that she was busy.
5. The boy who won the prize is my brother.

Bangla Meaning

1. বৃষ্টি হলে আমি বাসায় থাকব।
2. আমি তোমার জায়গায় হলে ক্ষমা চাইতাম।
3. চিঠিটি রহিম লিখেছিল।
4. সে বলল যে সে ব্যস্ত।
5. যে ছেলেটি পুরস্কার জিতেছে সে আমার ভাই।
